Standard Warranty Policy
All Mini-Bank products come with a standard One-Year Parts and Labor Warranty. If a problem occurs during the warranty period, we will replace defective parts and we will pay for the service technician's time to replace the defective parts.
In order to confirm warranty coverage, please have your merchants return the registration form to Tranax as soon as possible. (Sample form included.)

What is covered:
All hardware including:

Cash Dispensing Unit and Cash Cassette
Receipt Printer
LCD Module
Magnetic Card Reader
Power Supply
Key Pad
Main Board
Lock and Locking Mechanism (limited 90 day Warranty)

What is not covered:
Power Cable and Modem Cable
Key Lock and Key
Plastic Bezel
Software Upgrade
Receipt Printer Jam
Note Jam
Forgotten Password or Combination Lock
Any damages from misuse, improper installation and vandalism.
Damage caused by power surge or low power conditions (brown out).
Damage from lighting, earthquake, flood or any other "act of God".

Extended 5 Year Warranty

World Wide-ATM offers an Extended Five-Year Parts and Labor Warranty.

This warranty is the same as the standard One-Year Warranty extended for five years. For 10% of the surcharge ($.20 per transaction minimum for 5 years), World Wide-ATM will replace defective parts and we will pay the technician's time to replace the defective parts.
